There is a housing shortage... And it's caused by two factors.
1 - Millennials. They are a huge demographic segment and they are 21-41 years old. That's the prime home buying years.
2- We didn't build enough homes after the 2008 housing crisis.
We don't dig out of that hole overnight and we are going to feel the effects for the next decade.
That will continue to make new construction a great opportunity for home buyers.
